1. Information collected
Ascensa LLC receives subscriber contact and subscription information such as email address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, subscription status, delivery history, and service-support correspondence. Ratpicz does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create and manage subscriptions, send the monthly Rat Drops, prevent duplicate deliveries, provide support, secure the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
3. Service providers
Stripe processes checkout, recurring payments, and the Customer Portal. Resend processes subscription email and contact records. Cloudflare hosts the application, Workers, static assets, logs, and D1 subscriber records. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
4. Retention and security
Records should be retained only as needed for the subscription, delivery history, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Access is limited through platform credentials and encrypted secret storage. No system can guarantee absolute security.
5. Analytics and cookies
This launch does not require behavioral advertising or nonessential analytics. If optional analytics are enabled later, this policy and any required consent experience must be updated before collection begins.
6. Your choices
Subscribers can update billing information or cancel through the Stripe portal. Requests about contact information or privacy should be sent to the support contact after it is finalized. Rights vary by location and must be honored where applicable.
7. Final review items
The effective date, support email, retention schedule, international-transfer language, and jurisdiction-specific rights must be completed during final legal review.
