Refund Policy

This draft distinguishes cancellation from refunds for the Ratpicz quarterly subscription.

1. Canceling future renewals

You can cancel through Stripe’s hosted Customer Portal before the next quarterly renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges. When cancellation is scheduled for period end, monthly Rat Drops continue through the remainder of the paid period.

2. Refund requests

This draft does not promise an automatic refund or create a refund entitlement. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge was made in error, the service was not delivered, or another exceptional issue occurred. Do not send complete payment-card information.

3. Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Provide the subscription email, charge date, and Stripe receipt identifier if available. Ascensa LLC should review documented duplicate or unauthorized-charge reports and act as required by Stripe rules and applicable law.

4. Legal rights

Nothing in this draft limits non-waivable consumer rights. The final eligibility rules, response times, and effective date must be approved during legal review before production use.
