1. The service
Ratpicz is a subscription brand operated by Ascensa LLC. An active subscription includes one rat picture delivered by email during each calendar month.
2. Price and recurring billing
The subscription price is $10 billed every three months. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you provide at the start of each paid quarterly period until you cancel. Taxes, if applicable, may be added by the payment provider.
3. Delivery
Email is the primary delivery method. You are responsible for providing a usable email address and checking spam or filtering folders. Exact monthly delivery dates may vary, but delivery is intended once per calendar month during an active paid period.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel through Stripe’s hosted Customer Portal before the next renewal. When a cancellation is scheduled for period end, future renewals stop and service continues through the remainder of the already-paid period.
5. Image license
Unless a Rat Drop says otherwise, subscribers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use. Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, or presenting an image as your own work requires written permission from Ascensa LLC.
6. Providers and acceptable use
Stripe processes billing, Resend processes service email, and Cloudflare hosts application data and infrastructure. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the images unlawfully.
7. Disclaimers and changes
Ratpicz is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. No health, productivity, or scientific benefit is promised. Material changes to these terms should be communicated as required by applicable law.
8. Governing terms and contact
No governing jurisdiction or physical address has been inserted. Those details, effective date, limitation language, and dispute process must be completed during final legal review.
